I like middle aged women. You just have to smile from time to time and be nice and they think you're the only polite young man on the face of the earth. When dealing with bureaucrats you always avoid the young women, the old women, the old men, and the middle aged men. They're bitches, bitter hags, crotchety fuckers and hardasses respectively. You can associate with the young men and you can woo middle aged women.
