It's an old school Montgomery Ward Snowbird with a 3.5 horse. Only thing wrong with it was the faggot who sold it to me took the fuel line (super gay because now I don't know how to run the new line when I get it), and the carburetor needed this stupid ass gasket. I put a different float bowl on and that shit worked though, so idk. My guess is the dumb fucker probably tried swapping parts off a different engine and put the wrong size float bowl, because it doesn't leak gas at all now.
All in all, for $25 it wasn't a bad deal considering all I'll actually have to spend money on is the fuel line, I had to give my mom gas money to use her truck, and I (stupidly) got mixed fuel thinking it would need it, then kicked myself in the ass when I saw the oil cap.

Nope, some young ass dude living on what was clearly a family farm. They had a plow truck so they probably just figured a case is better than a snow blower

Yeah. I'm still fucking pumped though. I got to work on it and get it running myself, I no longer have to shovel snow, and if I take decent care of this shit it should last me forever. Once I get everything squared away on it I'm going to order 5 rebuild kits for it, and maybe a few other basic parts so it lasts me a while.

post pics of it, have you changed the oil and tried to fire it on starter fluid?

5 rebuild kits? That's planning way ahead. I'd recommend taking out any rubber parts from those kits and giving them a good coating of vaseline so they don't get dried out sitting on your shelf.
