put something up for sale
buy it
on seller account make sure to add a 1-day shipping service and ship the same business day.
once item is sold mark it as shipped.
funds will be available in ~10 days. i have had it as early as 8.
buy something or withdraw money.
open inr dispute. wait 6 days and escalate. you will always win inr disputes as long as they are files before 45 days are up and there is no tracking.

You guys are all going about this the wrong way. I used to do that stunt when hardly anyone done it. That's old news. Now I got older and more greedier (Yes, I make up my own words lol). Anyway, the best way to pull off a lot of money is have a legit eBay in your name. Now create a stealth eBay account. Have that stealth eBay account sell expensive shit to your legit account but sell it outside of eBay just on PayPal. The legit PayPal sends $2000 straight to the stealth PayPal and has it labeled that its paid for as a service for an iPhone 6plus and pay for it. Now use your stealth PayPal to withdraw that money because their is no 21 day hold but wait 2 days before doing it. After you successfully withdraw the whole 2k then use your legit PayPal to file a dispute because you never received anything. Now go to your stealth PayPal and write, sorry I lost the package and click on issue a refund. Now your stealth PayPal will get limited and not only do I a have the 2k but will get 2k refunded back to my PayPal. Now I came up on an easy 2k. Please don't message me or ask me anyquestions because i layed it all out easy for you if your still confused the PayPal scam wasn't meant for you.
