Title: Methods to cash out stolen bank accounts?

So i was buying Bitcoins the other day, and the guy was getting all funny making me send him my I.D, as apparently Scammers had been cashing out stolen bank accounts by buying bitcoin through them. Sure enough, i saw merchants selling information for accounts from the bank i was with.  What would be other methods they could cash out from? seems interesting, might switch banks, haha.

Other than a bank transfer you could load up on a pre paid VISA card if it's not too much. If it is a lot you could simply load to an ally account or something similar
