so I did dxm the day before yesterday, the night of the 5th, took like 28 gelcaps and a bottle of dxm only robitussin so around 720 or a lil bit more mg, the gelcaps made my trip all different and my dad saw me trippin cause I was robowalkin and fucked it all up, can hardly remember shit, got to bed at 12am and woke up at like 7 am yesterday, got my focalin at 11 and took 50mg snorted from the course of 11pm yesterday until now so like 22 straight hours of snortin them, I feel empty as hell and I look all serotonin syndrome twacked/like anxious as hell, took another 30mg of focalin snorted for the past 3 hours and now im pretty much like if I do anymore it wont do anything but make me more twacked unpleasently. I just took 1mg of klonopin and 15mg buspar bar, what can I do to stimulate dopamine release and serotonin or whatever because I gotta stay awake helping my dad not mentally break down to fucking oblivion because he lost his job and is developing dementia
tl;dr binged on super-ritalin for the past day and need some activities like weight lifting or drinking herbal tea or something like that to calm the fuck down maybe binaural beats u know something to rest my body and mind while im all twacked wide awake
