Ok so I overheard this song today, and a part of it reminded me of another song, that wasn't some gay french shit, so I shazam'd it and this is the song that was playing.

The part that I feel like they copied, exactly, is at 43 secs to 53 secs, I know I've heard that somewhere else, I don't even really like it, but its killing me trying to figure out where its from. Does anyone know?
