Additions:
- Added "Recent Topics on Board Index" mod and readded "Move recent posts to the top" mod.

Removals:
- Removed the "Recent Topics Bar" mod.

Changes:
- N/A

Notes:
- Recent Topics Bar only showed topics in the order that they were created and nothing else. The current mod configuration fixes this.
