Essentially what I am looking to do is find an efficient method of pedobaiting on the deepweb. Given the anonymous nature of the tor and i2p the clearnet style of pedobaiting that was used in years past which was as simple as making fake email accounts and getting into chatrooms will not be viable. My question today is how could we come up with a viable system to do this?
My first method would be as follows
1. Find hidden services that cater to this specific crowd
2. Somehow upload something like a keylogger or location tracker attached to some material the target would want
3. Wait until the file is downloaded and installed on a targets computer
4. Harvest data about the target: PI, web history etcetara
5. Use this as leverage against the target
6. ??????????????
7. PROFIT!
I could see this as profitable since a single infected file could potentially be downloaded by a large number of targets. The more infected files you have floating around the more targets you can acquire.
I would also like to find a method that targets the operator of the website directly. Somehow getting hard evidence linking them with their operation of the site and using that as leverage.
I will post more later but for now let the ideas flow fellas.

Gain remote access to the computer. Email his collection to the police remotely using his email/computer. Cc: everyone on his contacts list.

The fact that you're asking for a handout method to accomplish all this is proof enough that you're too stupid to pull off such an operation.

For paedobaiting, your 'target market' or demographic isn't as intellectually vulnerable on the deepweb as they are on the clearnet chatrooms/social sites. For instance renaming malware.exe.jpg won't be effective for the likely techy savy fiddlers surfing the TOR nodes. Even somewhere to host your malware isn't as simple as it is on the clearweb.
Also do you even know what malware you would use, how to make it FUD etc

Baiting individuals who are for your purposes totally anonymous isn't going to work. You'd be better starting a scam silkroad or bitcoin tumbler service, or "we'll double your bitcoin" service.

Maybe if thinking "Well i could do OK this myself or I could do really well by getting a collaboration going" is a handout then sure.
Also Tokolosh, I have thought of that little fact. Right now im trying to find a discreet way for the virus to be attached to a picture. Im almost thinking about inserting a small package into the picture that rather than being the virus is a simple program that downloads the virus when the computer is in a vulnerable state.

online pedo-bating is old hat. What I've discovered works best is a 2 or 3 man team. Search CL for horny old men and respond to them. Tell them you're 15 after a bit, like after you get them all worked up and horny for your tight teen asshole and how you just looove giving rimjobs. Agree to meet them somewhere at night, like a park or some shit. If you have a female friend willing to pose as the teen, all the better. Either way, wait until he shows up and basically mug him. Steal his wallet and make sure he knows that you have the chat logs and his information and if possible, his license plate number. Force him to drive to an atm and empty his account. Threaten to take him directly to the police station if he doesn't think he needs to cooperate.
In the end, everyone profits. You come away with money, and the community is hopefully saved from one more potential pedo. For added measure you can always threaten to turn him in if you ever find out he's doing the shit again. Tell him 'you'll be watching.'
