What do you think of killing someone as a preemptive measure when they become a serious threat to your life? How do you think the courts would take it if you could prove that person genuinely intended to kill you but hadn't made a move...yet?
If I was standing face to face with someone I knew wanted to kill me but was too pussy to do it at that moment either due to fear of social repercussion (witnesses/jail) or simply wanted to get the jump on me in the future (ambush) I would totally kill them the moment it became apparent. I've always thought this way and I'm thankful those retarded highschool situations where one dude is all 'oh yeah im gonna get you, you just wait brah' situations never happened to me.

If you are in a southern backwater jurisdiction like florida, possibly..
However I wouldn't think so by and large. It is not admissible to assault someone preemptively, so I doubt murder would be any different.

Legally if u had irrefutable evidence it would be considered self defense
The likelihood of this happening in a valid court hearing are somewhere around non-existent. Not impossible because ive heard of it happening...just not bloody likely

What is this, Minority Report?

Wouldn't the court just say "You shoulda done gone called the police to protect you" and all that bullshit?
