Title: Signature and ignore list

Hi..I think adding signature and the ignore list is a good idea.   we used to them over at zoklet and it seemed to work quite well.

what do you guys think

Things are set up differently here than on Zoklet, and it can be a little confusing at first.  Pretty sure signature is listed under "forum profile", and I'm not sure on the ignore list haha.

"buddy/ignore lists"
