Title: Favorite Homemade Candies?

I'm a huge fan of making homemade candies for gifts and just to have on hand when company comes around. I know the usual dishes such as fudges, brittle, barks, truffles, etc but are there any other ideas out there or modifications to old classics that have been thought of?

White Chocolate Peppermint Bark is easily one of my favorites.. But White Chocolate Covered Pretzels is probably my top fave. Throw in some chocolate covered peanut butter balls or some tiger fudge.. I'll be in diabetic shock for a week.
