My last serious mental injury would be my psychosis.
My last physical injury would be this ongoing pain I was telling you about. I'm going to a gastro intestinal specialist tomorrow though.

hmmm.... It's sort of a tie. I'm currently sporting ringworm from a goat, a scratch on the back of my hand from my dog, and blisters on my thumbs from processing sunflower seeds into chicken feed.

Ingrown hair on my leg.

Sliced my hand open with a rusty saw blade and healed it up with superglue. Told my girlfriend it was with a pairing knife so she wouldn't make me go to the hospital and get a tetanus shot.

Slipped on some black ice in the parking lot at work, split my chin open. It took some stitches and I'll always have a small bald spot you can see if I tilt my head back. It isn't visible right now because I've grown my beard out.

I broke the 5th metatarsal in my left foot almost a year ago stepping off a staircase in the school parking lot.
I just remembered though. Like within the last 6 months, there was a day I was rushing to get ready for work. My curling iron had fallen on the ground, and I had forgotten about it just long enough that I stepped on it barefooted and burnt the hell out of my foot. I had a nice, tan brand on the sole of my foot for a while until it softened up and I tore the skin off after swimming in my parent's pool. It was like peeling off layers of an onion.

a seemingly large scratch on my stomach from my cat (I think, as I was blacked out. I suppose it could have been a demon or a fork)

My most recent minor injury, cat scratches. So many cat scratches that I hardly notice them anymore unless I get bloodstains on my clothes.
My most recent non-minor injury... It's a doozy. Herniated a disc in my back, probably lifting boxes, and it hurt like a motherfucker. By that I mean, my leg was in so much pain from the pinched nerve that I could barely walk, and vicodins didn't do shit for it. Had to have major surgery, got put on oxy, which was so useless that I stopped taking them after 4 days and didn't notice a difference. 3 years later I still need a cane on rare occasions, but mostly I feel fine. Can't lift anything over 40-50 pounds without wanting to die though.

prometehus, herniated sics sound pretty bad ddue, not gunna lie.
i guess yesterday was riding on asphalt in da rain (trails too wet) and i always seem to eat out in the fukin rain. turned very careuflly, but skidded out nonetheless. left leg feels wonky, but it'll LIVEEEEeeeeEEE.

I wish I'd made copies of my MRI. You know how when you step in dog poop, a big glob bulges out from under your shoe where it got squeezed out? My spine looked like that. The surgeon was shocked that I was walking, given that it was so bad I should have been paralyzed from the waist down, and shitting myself. I guess I'm just that stubborn.
