There was a lion, in the jungle, laying on the ground close to death. All the animals of the land were crowded around, taunting and poking fun at him. A mouse scurried atop the lion, and while dancing on his nose said ‘He can’t do anything to us now!’. The animal crowd laughed and continued to make fun of the lion.
With all the energy left in his body, the lion lifted his head and said ‘Mock me now, but, I was a lion once.'

The sub-forum for your own shitty poetry etc. is called Vogon Poetry and I thought you calling this Vogon Poetry was a hint that I posted it in the wrong forum which I did not because it's not my own work.

Lions are not pussies. Those guys are just badass enough to steal from lions. If a gorilla came right at you and wanted to take your food you'd fucking move too and let him have his way. Lions see us in a similar light. We ARE scary to them if we let ourselves. It's all in body language and dick size.
