Try topamax. One of the only drugs clinically proven to be efficient in treating cocaine cravings. Also most likely works with amphetamines and methylphenidate because coke is an NDRI which acts much like cocaine and amphetamines release catecholamines and the impulse to redose is just as bad/worse than NDRIs.
It's not an antipsychotic like seroquel so it won't deplete your brain of dopamine and essentially be putting you directly into withdrawal, like what happens when someone addicted to opiates takes naloxone.
Doesn't stop the high, which is a major turn off to people that want to quit but aren't ready to just stop the drug. It does make you more tired, make the high less enjoyable and over time decreases cravings, subjectively and based on clinical trials

also includes baclofen, modafinil and another drug.

Also, topamax prevents the formation of cocaethylene when combining coke with alcohol in rats, which also means it probably prevents the formation of ethylphenidate.

I have a bottle of 25mg topamax pills that i take when i get migraines. Long story short I'm addicted to cocaine, around a gram a day. What would be an effective dose of topamax to curb the craving?

I'd say 50mg, but if thats too sedating 25. Eventually after a week or so go up to 100 and stay there. I just started at 50 and went to 100 in a week.

Treating a drug addiction with more drugs is not the answer. I myself once dabbled in the white stuff a little too much, say 7 years too much, before curbing it albeit i didn't find myself wanting to die if i didn't have it. You just need to surround yourself with less drug orientated individuals and live your life as normal as you can. Soon you'll think less of getting fucked up, and more of improving yourself and relationships with others.
