I'm not sure what all the reasons are for freezing. I've only frozen one account, for having PI in the username and personal text:

Bling was frozen I think because staff asked him to change his sig and wouldn't.

I thought it was the name of one of the kids on 'home improvement'. Hilarious nonetheless, that they think someone using the name of an actor is PI. I am just sitting back waiting for the commentary.
