I know "Blue Dream" is the strain, but what exactly is this?  Is that 125 puffs I can get off of this thing?  It says single use, does that mean I can't use it at a later date, after using it?

Yeah it just means it's a throw-away pen. Once you've taken all 125 hits it won't be any good; by single use it means you can't refill it with more- but no, you don't have use it all in one sitting, though that'd be a cool challenge
