How should Vicodin M365 be taken? I believe it means 325 mg hydrocodone/5 mg ace shit. How many mg do I need, I'm thinking 2 pills? Also should I bother with cwe

You can take the pill. Neither the 325mg Acetaminophen nor the 5mg Hydrocodone will kill you.

first...figure out what your body prefers.  some people can pop 10x M362s and get nothing out of it but a broken liver.  some people can take a single M365 and be off in la la land

the FDA lowered their recommendation for daily consumption of acetaminophen so keep that in mind. some people can tolerate a lot more of the stuff than others.  they lowered it because so many livers were exploding in peoples chests.  if you have a fucked up liver to start with...extract it if youre going to be taking a lot of them...or any other consumables that will fuck up your liver
