Title: PayPal help
Post by: Rationahl on September 24, 2014, 07:55:47 pm
So my friend has a good amount of money in his paypal and wants to get cash from it. He can't get it from his bank because his mom monitors all of his transactions, and CoinStar has suspended the withdraw feature they use to have with paypal. He also tried getting a couple of their little credit card things, but he was rejected under both his fake identity and also when using his moms.

So basically does anyone know of anyways to directly withdraw from paypal?

The bank account has to be in the name of the paypal account or you can't withdraw to it.  So if you just used a random named you won't be able to do that.  You can make a new account using someones full info and get some sort of bank card so you can withdraw it.  You could also buy something at target online and do in store pick up....wait a few days and return it and they give you cash.

This will probably come across as i'm attempting to scam you, and I understand that, due to my post count. I'm willing to let you send it to my legit paypal, I'll transfer it to my PP card, withdraw the cash, and WU it to him. I'll charge a small bit, but I'll be the first to offer some true assistance.
If you decide not to go that route, I respect that, but I'm offering it genuinely. PM me if you'd like to discuss it at the very least

I sell Visa prepaid credit cards on eBay that are ideal for converting a Paypal balance to spendable money.  They aren't cash, but you can use them anywhere that takes Visa, which is of course everywhere.  When you buy them you'll have eBay and Paypal's buyer protection programs to keep you safe against the possibility of being scammed.  I leave the cards sealed so when you use them it'll be totally anonymous.  Even I won't know what card number you'll have.

$100 gift card - $144.99
$200 gift card - $279.99
$300 gift card - $399.99

PM me to let me know how many cards you'd like and I'll send you links to the eBay listings.  eBay doesn't like people selling prepaid credit cards, so if you just go to eBay and run a search for them they won't always show up.

Are there any sites that offer a reusable prepaid debit card that you can use Paypal to deposit into them? It's fine if they need an SSN. I don't want to do any WU shit or buy silver and resell it. I want a card that I can deposit paypal money into and use it at an atm to withdraw cash.

I'm assuming he's too young to open up another bank account.

Maybe he can go that route.

Paypal and moneygram have discontinued the ability to withdraw the paypal money into cash. Fucking gay.

Kaiku, Serve, AccountNow, etc etc....Any card that has an account number and routing number that can accept ACH transfers will work.

^This, but I think* the names have to match.  I could be wrong.

Cant he just buy things with the funds?

I don't see why the names would have to match. I'd just be using PayPal to deposit money into the account.

The problem with Kaiku for some people, is the questions they ask for verification.  Some prepaids don't do this...yet.

Account now, Rush card, Ace Elite all don't use any verification on them.

95% of the verification systems are easy to pass especially for prepaid debit cards.  For example most of the questions are address related or deal with credit accounts that are opened in that name.  Those answers can easily be found if you know what you are doing and where to find them.

Recently I have been seeing some verification systems that have previous car colors and height on drivers license.  These can be a bit harder to find and may give you some trouble.  If the person has been arrested you may be able to find that record and it will have their height on it.  As far as the car colors use some common sense and a bit of estimated guessing.

Although someone said otherwise I'm still pretty sure that names have to match when transferring between paypal and accounts especially when dealing with larger amounts of money.  You may as well use the same name and info because you may have to upload documents to pass the paypal verification and you have a better chance of not getting limited if you put your social number into paypal.

You can buy prepaid cards at dollar general.
You can also pay with PayPal at dollar general.
