ever have annoying people that blast house music or gangster rap while you try to study or sleep?.........here is the answer.
simply place your stereo set against the wall or the floor at max volume and play these clips on a loop while you leave for the weekend. the 3rd clip is my own and personal favorite.

Not what I would consider appropriate recourse
Play a recording of a baby crying and screaming. Legally they can't do anything about that...unless cops find oit its not a real baby

do you have a green space that belongs to the complex? if so invite bums to go camping there with your permission they can stay there as long as you like.
i dont mind bums ive had some good conversation and drinks worth a few before other people hate them haha
