So far the only announcement has been that a random Mexican known as "Manual Contreras" has been slated to play bartender "Moe Sizlak" here's his headshot

His only listed acting credits are faking his suicide to elicit sympathy and pretending he doesn't cry himself to sleep when not intoxicated. I do not have high hopes for this project
