What's the question? Is the answer Obama?
-
The answer is the lowest one to the right - the one with the round outside boundary
edit-Took me less than 30 seconds, and most of that time was figuring out what the fuck I was reading.
-
I still don't get it

Look at the figure on the far right. If you were looking at it from the front, which of those 4 choices would it look like?

nope
it's actually the top right with half of the white/line thing filled in black
look at how the shapes form in different layers
excluding the pi chart like thing, there are three different layers of shapes, going from innermost to outermost
there are three different kinds of shapes that occur: square, diamond (square rotated 90deg), and circle.
If you look at which layer a certain shape is, it goes:
Sq in position 1
Sq in position 2
Sq in position 3, 2 times
Dm in position 1, 2 times
Dm in position 2
Dm in position 3
Cir in position 1
Cir in position 2, 2 times
Cir in position 3
every shape is attached to a layer, and one layer has two of the same shape
if we apply that to the little knob in the middle, we see its already in 1 position 2 times, so the other knob is in position 1, and the knob you have to draw in on the top right picture is position 3

Ummmm, what?
-
look at each picture
the "knob" is the circular thing that's colored in at the center
the first layer is the shape that's slightly larger than that shape, layer 2 slightly larger than layer 1, layer 3 slightly larger than layer 2. all of those together make the picture.
you can classify the shape of the layer into the three that occur in the picture: square layers, diamond layers, and circular layers.
from all four pictures in the question together, you get the three types of shape in each layer once. layer 1 will have square, diamond, and circular layers, one of these shapes will occur twice for any layer, because there are 4 pictures and 3 shapes/
if you look at the knob, which we've been disregarding until now, you'll notice it's already been placed twice in a certain position, once in a different position, and the answer would be filling in the third position, because that would correspond to a layer having four layers despite three shapes.
tl;dr
one object of each set repeats itself

My questions to you....
question 1: Why is that vaguely rectangular figure to the far right included in the problem yet excluded from your solution?
question 2: Why is the layer 2 circle absent from some of the groups and not others, and what is the explanation for the double circle set in the group you identified as the answer?
question 3: Why would a 'diamond' shape be different from a square tilted on its end? Nothing is different except for the position of the 'observer'.

q1: that's where you fill in the answer
q2:the layer 2 circle is absent from some groups because each picture has a different shape for the layer. the double circle set is an example of what i said, an element repeating itself, like there's a double square and a double diamond, perhaps not on the same picture.
q3: it's different because it's rotated 90 degrees. that's it. that's why writing the answer is so simple. you're just rotating the non-repeated knob by 90 degrees, and that's it.

Either the person who made these tests is some sort of super-autist, or I am just fucking retarded. Probably both.
