Yeah, that shows you a comprehensive list of what everyone was last doing. Unfortunately, it still follows the forums current 'last online in 30 minutes' setting so it's not current in any real way.

Stakers are people who follow you around. I think you mean you have enough people to stalk? I'm certain no one would want to stalk you.
