Just before you feel a good bowel movement coming on...jam an empty mason jar (like they use for canning) up your ass. Make sure its open-end first.

Let it sit all up in there for about and hour. Longer if you want it to have an extra strong flavor.  After the time is up squeeze it out, cover it with a lid, quickly, and sell it online,  or start your own infomercials
