English doesn't have formal restriction, it just reflects how we collectively choose to use it. Most of what we understand as poetic verse is just unorthodox English. Any formalization you may have been presented with only exists to bringing you into the fold of common usage.

and the esoteric common usages are basivally useless and just restrictive to how we formulate our thoughts today. you can understand what someone has to say based on the voice of reading it or wutev''s, fuck i forgot
