Title: Looking at property in Toronto
Post by: Retard #1 on September 16, 2014, 04:56:29 pm
I found a nice piece of property in Toronto which is in foreclosure which I can pick up for a song. The only problem os the roof leaks. I was wondering if any of the Canadian members know a roofer in the area who could give me an estimate for repairs or advice repairing it myself. Of course if the roofer were also a musician that would be a plus because as I said I cna buy this place for a song. Drummers need no apply as I have found them to be unstable and angry.

Wet patch the fucker till you can fix it properly or tarp it with a good tarp (not that cheap shit they sell at crappy tire).
