Not sure about sterile, but a bloke I work with used it for ass paper one time and it didn't look enjoyable.

There are easier methods of becoming sterile such as concrete blocks.

That seems kind of impossible because I can't start it unless the door is closed

Can't imagine it would be healthy but i doubt it will make anything other than the surface of your balls sterile.

Just press the buttons down so it thinms the door is closed. It will hurt like fuck though.
