Where can I buy a gun in los Angeles or online without having to have certificate or what ever it is to buy a gun. I don't mind providing my identity. I just came across arms list.com I'm looking at it right now is that site legit? Do you know any sites?

if youre buying a gun online you need to have it transferred to someone with an FFL. shipping firearms via the mail w/o an FFL is illegal
if you can meet someone person-to-person you can buy it that way without any sort of 'certificate' but if theyre a legit seller theyre going to want ID so that if you decide to do something stupid with the gun and the 5-0 comes sniffing around for the last person that owned it theyll be able to send them your way instead of taking the heat themselves

As far as I know, all firearm transfers in CA require a FFL to run a background check and other paperwork.
Legal means will give you very few ways to buy a firearm in CA without it being on the books
Move to a free state

Gun show. "here's my ID" *$100*

Ordered my last SKS through the mail and 1800 rounds to go with it. Only downside is I need to be home to sign for it. Plus side is I worked it out with the shipping company that they hold what I buy and I just pick it up whenever.
Canada is probably different than the states in that manner though.

i have no idea what canadian gun laws are but i know a firearm cant be sent to a person who does not hold an FFL

In Canada as long as you have and FAC you can get a gun through the mail. I order quite a bit through the mail and as long as I'm home to sign for it or can pick it up it's all good.
Only time we need to get it sent to a dealer is if it's sent from over seas.

as long as someone has a FFL (license saying you can sell guns) theyre allowed to receive them in the mail. when someone buys a gun off the internet that is where they have to be shipped to

Gun shows. Or just ask around in the right crowd. Jackers and drug dealers usually have/can find guns for sale. Even better get some dope and trade for guns. I used to trade a half gram - gram of white (50 - 80$ here but i paid 15-30$) for a strap almost every day then just sell em for 100-500$ depending on how nice they were.
Also you can't sell guns on craigslist but there's a site - Alaskaslist.com that's like craigslist for alaska that people sell guns on. There might be a site like that for where you are.

If you have any metalworking skills at all and access to some shop tools, buy an 80% ar lower receiver.
(the lower receiver is what is registered as the actual firearm, an 80% receiver is not considered a firearm, everything else on the gun can be purchased w/o paperwork.

or an 80% receiver with complete upper and parts kit.

You'll need to download a template and instructions, and drive out to Nevada yo buy a couple of 30rd mags.
There's loads of tutorials on YT on how to complete your project, and when you're done, you'll have a complete hi cap semi auto firearm without having to file a F o r m 4 4 7 3.
Is it easy to do? Depends on your skills.
Is it legal? Sure, unless you get caught with it.

When you're finished, you could conceivably add a slide fire stock or some other devise to increase it's rate of fire.
