Gonna take another of the Xanax XRs today and two or three more Gabapentin 300s. Those first three on the list are prescribed, but 900mg is how much Gabapentin I'm supposed to take throughout the whole day but instead is what I start off with and then end up taking usually 5-7 of them total, including those three. No weed this morning since I work at 11, but I might still got some very slight residual effects from that going on. Oh, and a mild alcohol hangover.

The measurements are of the active ingredients. A pill could weight 4 pounds and only have 5mg of active ingredient. The pill would still be labeled 5mg

I'm prescribed the Xanax XR and Gabapentin, so taking those mostly just makes me feel normal. Besides that, 2mg Xanax XR 8 hours apart is far from a retarded amount. And the 1200mg Gabapentin is actually less than I normally take in a day. I don't take either of those recreationally. I got and did the H and Dilaudid after I had those drinks, as far as the alcohol. I don't see any of that as "retarded amounts of drugs", and I don't see how you could.
Oh yeah, and Wednesday was actually the first time I've done heroin in like three months, or however long it's been since I came to Texas. That was the first time I managed to find it since the last time I did some in Miami. Not sure if you meant using it regularly when you said that I'm on H, probably not, but just figured I'd point that out too.

Nah, I haven't been physically addicted to opiates in quite a while. I do seem to drift in and out of being a chipper depending on life circumstances and whatnot. Then occasionally chipping starts turning into more and more, but it's been quite a while since I've actually used an opiate daily.

The methadone certainly helped lessen the residual effects of the meth and eliminates some of the comedown/crash symptoms like lower back pain or whatever, but I can't really sleep on methadone either (or opioids in general, usually). Usually with opioids, it has to at least start wearing off first. Buuuut, I think 50 mg diphenhydramine should set me straight, as well as finishing off this 25 oz Budweiser. I feel tired but occasionally feel the tweak still there a bit, goosebumps or whatever. Lol. Hard to tell what I'm feelin' sometimes, with all the different shit I'm on.

I think I just snorted 8mg 2C-E and didn't feel anything. My psych tolerance is way too high right now to even think that would be a good idea. But I did it anyway.

888, only experience I recall having with mixing MXE with opioids is back when I was prescribed Suboxone, and I was banging the film strips. I don't think I ever directly mixed the two in a shot, at least not as far as I can recall, but I definitely did quite a bit of MXE while doped up on Subs. I don't think I ever did it with a full opioid agonist, though, except maybe methadone once or twice. I actually started to prefer MXE over opiates. For srs tho. Shit's fucking amazing. Not to mention I could pay around $30 for 1,000 mg of MXE, doing usually 30 mg doses, meaning about 33 doses for $30, OR I could pay $30 for a single 8 mg Dilaudid. Kinda just made sense, then you throw on top of it the fact that MXE is fucking blissfully amazing.

12 mg can be quite a bit when you do away with the fillers. If I shoot up 6 2mg Dilaudid, I'm having a pretty good day. Never heat your Dilaudid but let them dissolve and steep for an hour in really hot water (I nuke mine to boiling). The bullshit that you leave behind is all filler/binders. Then you have some that are alcohol soluble so I dissolve them in bourbon (Everclear would work also), it has a little burn but you get past it. Occasionally you go WTF am I doing but then you recall the dangers of sobriety and carry on

I prefer methoxetamine to every damn thing. I wish mail order was what it had been. Methadone has 80% bioavailability oral so not worth shooting in my opinion. MXE is excellent because you can go off benzos and opiates with absolutely no withdrawal symptoms

EDIT: Does anybody have any idea what's in this particular blend, or in the pill as well other than the proprietary blend bullshit and probable ephedra? I don't even know what cannabinoids are really popular anymore. Haven't been into the RC scene in quite a while and definitely not the synthetic cannabinoid market. Been a long time since I did a pure form of any of those. Tried a few of the new blends. Latest one I knew the actual content of was UR-144 and 5F-UR-144. I wonder what's in this shit right here nigga 'cause damn. Shit's like psychedelic almost. But yeah if I had to choose between bud or that, I'd always choose bud, not that I'm complaining. Full cannabinoid agonists feel unnatural and uncomfortable to me in addition to any other positive and negative effects.
POSTEDIT: The Stacker 2 pill is white, circular, and says on one side, each grouping vertically lower than the previous: 224 3850 2 and on the back is marked with a cross or x, into four sections. I've found information on a pill with the same imprint minus the 2, and the other one, which seems to have been a previous formula of this brand, was apparently was some sort of ephedra extract plus caffeine, but this packaging specifically says it's a new formula, so I'm wondering what it is, because it's not bad for what it's meant for.

Had quite the experience. I should really write about it.

HEROIN, best part, managed by pure destiny to get in contact with my heroin/hydromorphone dealer I had been using before going to Denver and living there for around a month (on the streets for like 2/3 that time) or so, whose number was in an iPhone I traded away while in Denver without thinking to take dude's number down out of all of the numbers in my Contacts I had to quickly jot down, not to mention I had no idea when or even if I was coming back to Houston, so my first priority was family's numbers, especially with an impatient Hondo who don't speak English starting to secondguess the whole deal and shit.
Fuck, it's so nice to have powder heroin in my vein again, let alone fucking white heroin. Never experienced tar or even seen it in person before Colorado. Unfortunately, dude didn't also have Dilaudid as usual, but he did have some weed, which was awesome because I also wanted some bud but totally wasn't even expecting him to have or even be a dealer of it.
Oh yeah, I should add, since I'm on the subject already, I forgot to put in there "let alone THIS heroin". I swear this has got to be the best shit in or around H-Town. So nice after dealing with tar in Colorado.

To see the fatass pile drop out of the bag when I finally got home after trusting my dude at his word for "a little over a half gram" of China White for $80, and THEN verify the amazing fucking quality. It feels so great when a deal is everything you wanted. Drug of choice, short notice (like, immediately) after midnight but total willingness to meet up, even give me his apartment number to ring me in the gate of the place, some of the best fucking heroin I've done and the whitest, out of three fucking states, after having thought the dude's number was lost for good since I forgot to save it before trading my iPhone for fuckass tar (it was good for tar, to be fair, but really that ain't saying much), the very same day I cash a check I totally didn't even know I was going to be getting (didn't realize I had some hours in at work before the end of a pay period before I left for Colorado). I mean just the fucking quality alone is enough where I shouldn't even say a word about all the other circumstances. And a fat fucking pile of it, at that! Gods, splooge, if only you know what true, pure durgz could do to a man.

I've never had "china white" before. Here in texas the only thing I've seen is tar, and the dirtclod looking balls. Good stuff though.

Yeah, I was totally surprised that's what it turned out to be. I'm from south Florida, so I'm used to pills and as far as heroin, it's usually a light tan to light brown color, sometimes comes in a weetle baby capsule, or otherwise wax paper or some shit.... But from my understanding, with heroin, powder is mostly just an East Coast thing, so I was thinking I was going to experience tar for the first time whenever I managed to find me a heroin connect over here. And whaddya know, my first opiate hookup of any kind sells fucking China White and Dilaudid (great combination, btw, fucking beautiful). And he's actually the only opiate connect I got, too, so that's the only heroin I've experienced here in TX. Not to mention the pleasant surprise when he told me he had D's, too. I figured that would be mostly a Florida thing.
Meth over here, on the other hand.... well, like four or five months ago, however long, when I moved here to Texas, like my second night here, literally, I'm walking around trying to scope out a bud connect, and some dude at a grocery store gas station with his sexy girlfriend sitting in the passenger seat while he's pumping gas... dude calls ME over and asks if I needed "work". The slang for shit is different everywhere, obviously. Even sometimes just between the city I lived in in Florida, 45 minutes south in West Palm Beach... Fort Lauderdale, Miami, it's all slightly different terminology usually, and dude starts talking about "clear", and I kinda hadda awkwardly explain my situation, how I was new around there and don't really know what words they be usin' ova here and whatnot. Well, turns out "clear" is meth. Kinda funny because I came here after staying in a hotel in Miami for about two months, and that was the first time I had heard the term "clean" for coke. Anyways, I even talked the dude into giving me a fucking free sample shot AND a clean rig. His chick was nice and actually threw me two freshes instead of just the one. Opiates took some damn time and effort to find, but meth found me in literally just a couple days of being here, muthafucka calling me over tryna sell some and shit, haha. And master junkie over here even finagled a free shot.

I could die right now if I decided to. So insanely easily, too... I'm already pretty much right on the brink of it being dangerous for me to like fall asleep, but luckily I have a moderate benzo tolerance built up in regards to that, but still, combos of benzos and opioids always potentiate each other, as far as I know.
But yeah, I have more than enough of both. That circumstance does not come too often, no sirree, especially not with those two categories of durg, at least not for me in my brokeass scumbag life.
