Title: Pull the troops out! Again

He essentially says its time to stop a decade of war. my concern is he knows he needs those troops elsewhere. Opinions?

theyre cutting the size of the military and increasing the size of 'homeland' security.  theyre making preparations for a domestic war

The domestic military build up is for suppression the american population
