Besides my current daily routine of dicking around in BF3 and Dark Souls I'm about to start playing Armored Core 4. The last game I completed was Homefront about a week ago, which I picked up for £1.99 and is mindnumbingly shit.
My backlog is pretty disgusting right now, somewhere in the region of 25 PS3 games and 10 Wii games that I've never played and probably about 10 games across both platforms that I've started but not finished. But there's such a volume of content for the current last gen consoles that is still being added to, it's hard for me not to grab a bargain when I see one.

Most of those Wii games you could probably skip and not miss anything. :P

There's a large percentage of crap in the Wii library but there's some very good third party titles in there too; Xenoblade Chronicles, A Shadow's Tale, Red Steel 2, Fire Emblem, Monster Hunter Tri, the Trauma Center games... then there's hidden gems like Deadly Creatures, Dead Space Extraction, Sengoku Basara, stuff that gets overlooked for being too cute like Dewy's adventure, Munchables, Opoona which actually have really fun and challenging game play. Then you've got the 1st party Nintendo games which are almost universally acclaimed and the remakes of RE4, Okami, Rygar and a few others that were console exclusives and brilliant games in the first place.
There's also a lot of sports games, fitness games, karaoke games, film tie-ins and other shovelware, but IMO if you're a gamer, it's unwise to dismiss it as a platform when it has so much good exclusive content.

Eh, the only game I was interested in for it personally was Super Smash Bros. Brawl. And even then, only with Project M installed.
Oh yeah, and Super Mario Galaxy. But that's just me.
Anyway, @OP: Serious Sam 3 and Guild Wars 2. I'm also playing some 360 games but ever since I got my new laptop, I've paid them no attention at all. Sanctuary's taking up a massive chunk of my time too which I would normally devote to gaming.

Never finished Dark Souls, I was recently playing Diablo 3 until they made the game way to easy buy adding an extra 100% to loot chances. Legendaries are like rare items almost now, super common. I can play for an hour and get anywhere from 5 to 12 legendaries. You ever loot 4 Stone of Jordan's in a 3 day's time span? I did. Fucking terrible. No challenge anymore I'm so mad.
Quake live has been fun I learned how to air strafe lately, its helping me take my game up from there.
I did buy dead space 1 and 2 for my 360 but i didn't even finish the first one and didn't even open the second. My 360 has been collecting dust in a bag for like 3 months I'm just fucking bored with it. I'd rather have a nice pc rig but i don't have the capital to throw away on one.
Recently played this game called Cave Story+ available on Steam, 10 bucks well spent, its a really cool Metroid meets Castlevania meets Megaman SNES style game. I recommend it.

Right now I am on a Postal 2 kick. Im on friday. Other than that I am also all about that Day Z standalone.
-
With being broke my game collection sucks so now it's GTA V constantly.
-
Just started playing Watch_Dogs before that some Dark Souls 2, Wolfenstien The New Order, Injustice, Smite, and Titan Fall.
I've messed around with a few others like tropico 5 but there has been kind of a lack of really great games lately.
-
Castlevania, Lords of Shadow 2
and
Wargame: Red Dragon
Wargame is a pretty awesome rts and quite challenging. Can't win by just swarming your enemies, since a well dug in force of even a few infantry can take out a shitload of armor and troops. That being said this if fucking 'murica and I usually just bomb them into dust.

My solo play at the moment is sims 3 and borderland's 1 is my co-op with the misses, I'm just a big sims fan loved when i was a kid' So had to get it when i seen it for a diver and i got borderland's age's ago, But my bird just got into playing xbox and with it having a heavy co-op theam i picked it, Not the best choice for a first timer.
The game its self is good the hole thing was just a plate forum for the gun generator, million an millions off unique guns along with psycho midget's, Dancing robot's make it sick like a dog, But the story was shit the game is big but it load area at a time the 2ed one it alot better.
Sims is top i still love killing sims in house fire's.

I looked at a bit of gameplay footage for Armored Core 4 and decided to put it aside in favour of something a little more relaxed since the last two games I completed were DS2 and MGR:R (I also played and finished Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day, but that's not comparable). I ended up giving Sleeping Dogs a go since it's been sat on my shelf for almost a year and I was hugely surprised. I was expecting it to be another GTA clone but it's actually a satisfying old school brawler similar to Yakuza first, with open world GTA elements and a classic Triad revenge story.
It's a shame the genre is all but dead here in the western market as playing Sleeping Dogs was a nice change of pace from firing guns and magic spells at everything that moves like most AAA non-sports games seem to be nowadays. I'm definitely going to go and pick up the Yakuza games when I get the chance.

Currently playing Ocarina of Time on the N64 (not wii emulator shit) and a bit of Dark Souls 2 every now and again.
I recently got the other ending trophy I needed for DS1 and decided I'm finished with that game for the time being.

I remember playing that. Worked so fucking hard to get the damn Horse to grow the fuck up, just to be too afraid to play any further than nightfall. Damn fucking Zombies. (I kid, kinda)
I beat Resident Evil 4 six times on Came cube. Go mee.

Been enjoying the new Sniper Elite game I've always had a special place for cheekily blowing Nazi bits off with some damn fine classic weapons.

I could never get in to SR games.
I'm mainly just playing KF or RO2.

I recently played and finished Super Mario Galaxy on the Wii and I can't fault it, it's consistently innovative, fun to play and the difficulty is well balanced from start to finish. I probably won't replay it but that's more to do with my own tastes than the game itself.
I finally decided to give Skyrim a go, played it for about 3 hours but I just can't see myself liking this game. The world design is fucking horrible and, for all intents and purposes, linear due to half the map being seemingly taken up by impassible rock formations and mountains with variably apparent paths between points of interest. I like the enemy design and the combat is solid (maybe even an improvement on the combat of it's sister series, Fallout) but travelling to new areas feels so scripted and drawn out and the story is so much high fantasy bullshit that I know it would be a chore for me to play this game.
Right now I'm playing Yakuza 4. I'm 6 hours in and impressions so far are that the combat is fun and has major nostalgia factor (for me) due to the near death of the beat em up genre in recent years. Yakuza is a series that definitely needs to exist IMO. The story is a little overbearing at first, with cutscenes coming in great big chunks, way more often that the actual gameplay. Eventually the violence does pick up though, Exploration is surprisingly fun, with an extensive list of minigames and collectible locker keys scattered around that reward you with shitloads of different items that actually make it worth it. There's even a typically Japanese relationship system involving Hostess bar girls that I probably won't touch beyond the side quests, but demonstrates the sheer volume of content in this game. One of my favourite distractions outside of the main storyline atm is going to bars and trying as many drinks on the menu until I get refused service, you get experience points for getting hammered and being drunk in public seems to increase the frequency of hostile encounters. I'm really enjoying the game so far and hoping the combat stays interesting through to the end.

I finished the main story in Yakuza 4 and it was as crazy as I expected. Although the story started off slow, I was glued to every cut scene by the second half of the game and even characters I thought I hated ended up becoming likable as the reasons for their actions became clear. Yakuza 4 may be Japanese through and through, but there's a distinct lack of crybaby faggots and bizarre hairstyles (which is good) and even the main female characters are tough as fuck and willing to fight their own battles.
Right now I'm addicted to Dynasty Warriors 8. There's literally hundreds of hours of content in this game and whilst it's not particularly difficult (and by nature will only get easier with progress) it never seems to get boring unlocking a new overpowered weapon with its own unique moveset to murder thousands of retarded AI an hour.
Also played and finished the co-op mode of Farcry 3 with my stepson, which was even worse than I imagined. It was just 5 hours of tightly scripted, holding off infinitely respawning enemies whilst waiting for a door to open, a lift to come up, a winch to move a piece of machinery etc, with a tiny pool of boring, unsatisfying weapons. The single player mode is open world and has crafting and shit in it so I may come back to that though.

Yeah, it's incredibly underwhelming. I was first picturing a mode where multiple players could go where the wanted on the island. Hahaha. Nope.

Last weekend started playing Path of Exile. It was time to let go of D3 for a bit. Liking PoE very much so far!
-
I just began a League of Legends account on the NA server. Not having champions, runes and level sucks. On the bright side, american players are way more mature in a sense that they aren't toxic crybabies like every other kid in LAN.
-
Replaying BF4 and Borderlands 2 campaign on my 360, and prior to that was dicking around with both Fallouts and Far Cry 3 for a bit, which are some of my favourite games.
I'm madly anticipating Far Cry 4, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, and Escape Dead Island though.
-
I've mostly been playing guild wars 2. I love to repeatedly rip my bong repeatedly before I play, pvp is always great. Also been playing the archeage beta and it's a good game but I can't get into it knowing that it's only beta and my progress will be erased. Definitely going to play when it's live on 9/16
-
Still a big fan of Skyrim, already beat it once. Also been going back and playing borderlands, I had beat the second one but never played the first one... Other games I've been going back and playing include Fallout, and some Legend of Zelda.
-
Skyrim, Borderlands 2 and just picked up Watch Dogs. Can't drive for shit in Watch Dogs, so it'll take some getting used to.

Its kind of a mix between fallout and bioshock. Not bad at all.
-
Just Finished LA Noire - Good game, shame there is no Multiplayer and Online tho.

I loved Fallout so I could prob give Dishonered a try. I really like most games, except for Halo.

Smash Bros has taken over my life as of now.
On the side, I'm playing The Evil Within, which is fucking incredible, and Borderlands: The Pre sequel.
-
Dark Souls
Dark Souls 2
(for the past 6 months or so)
Tomb Raider I picked up a couple nights ago and it is quite good for a linear game with a fair amount of QTE's.
Waiting on: Lords of the Fallen
I think I might buy a PS3 for Demon Soul's as well...

Started playing a game on my iPod here lately, Monster Warlord. It's not bad, you level up and battle other members and monsters to earn rewards. Fun way to spend some time.
