About three or four years ago, I took 500mg DXM and smoked some JWH-018 blend that, combined with the escitalopram I was taking at the time, caused me developed serotonin syndrome. I don't recommend this combination, SSRI or not.

went too hard on the syncans and the zombies started freaking him out so he had to go lie down

As your doctor, I recommend that you add some 4-FA to temporarily restore some of that mental function that you've undoubtedly lost.

i already take amphetamine and xanax daily  8)

i had severe seizures by smoking syncans while coming up on my 40th hit or so of my blend

thjat was at 800mgs. yp to 600mg feels safe for me, besides the time i convulsed on my floor, choked on my o0wn vomit, got vomit in my hair, got sent to the emergency room, got dischanrged the next day, etc
