kinda just picking one of your posts at random to say this, butt, I just want to say that i really appreciate all the posts that you post haha. I find them very useful and just like the fact that you give me ideas to try and tips stuff to make and so on.
So just wanted to say thank you, and don't stop!

Yeah I've had them at taco stands but haven't prepared it myself, even though I can get lengua at the local carnicerĂa.

Are those roasted jalapenos in the pic? If so, how long did you roast them seems like they would make a delicious side with many dishes.

I leave them on the grill for at least 15 minutes and turn them a lot. I put them in an area that isn't as hot. You don't want to burn them too much.

Seems like that would cut down the heat on them a bit too.....you take seeds out first? Or leave them in?

Nah nigga, carne asada tastes way better with flour tortillas.
-You get some high quality butcher meat
-Don't season it with faggy american seasoning shit
-Get mezquite charcoal; avoid gas grills
-Get that charcoal to white embers
-Toss your meat, add that thick salt
-Flip it only once
-Let it cool a bit before you cut it
-For sauce and stuff, get avocados and make some salsa bandera (google how to make salsa bandera, it's very easy)
-Cut the meat as you please, get some mashed avocado as you please and smother it on a tortilla, throw your meat, put salsa bandera on top, squeeze a lime on it and enjoy
